Maybelline Baby Lips review

I had already planned on purchasing this product before I received my package. These lip balms are great. They are moisturizing and wear well on the lips. My favorite was the peppermint one. This is one of the colorless balms. It was moisturizing without being greasy. It also helped my lips, they are smooth and not dry. I loved the peppermint one I finished it and repurchased it. I don’t know if I can go without it. I have used several other very popular lip balms, including EOS and Nivea. The baby lips are not as thick as the EOS balms which can feel uncomfortable on the lips. Also the EOS balms wear off and your lips don’t feel moisturized enough so you feel the need to use more product. The Nivea balms in comparison feel almost oily on the lips. What is great about the Baby lips products is that they go on the lips quite easily but it doesn’t feel like too much product. Another reason I love the product is because after the product wears off you don’t feel the need to reapply because the product has done it’s job.
The colored ones are great to wear alone or layer with other lip products like glosses or lipsticks. My favorite colored one is peach kiss, which is sort of a skin tone color. It provided a nice kiss of colors. Just enough to blank out my natural lip color. While these colors don’t wear long, they do their job which is to moisturize. It is a great product to keep in a handbag because you don’t necessarily need a mirror to apply. I keep one in my purse, my school bag, my car, my night stand etc. It is a great product to just have. They leave your lips moisturized and that feeling doesn’t go away. It is a great way to help conquer those dry cracked lips. It is sure to be a staple in my makeup bag for years to come
